ANNUAL CHERRY BLOSSOM 15K, and 5K

15K 8:00 a.m., 5K 8:30 a.m. 
The races begin and end at Wesleyan College and run through some of the most notable Cherry Blossom neighborhoods in Macon.  All runners will receive race t-shirts. Register at www.active.com, download an application at www.cherryblossom.com or call 478-751-7429.

 

PINK PANCAKE BREAKFAST
Presented by the Macon-Bibb County Fire Department & Kroger

7:30 until 10:30 a.m., the food tent at Miller Lite Central City Park
Join us at the Food Court for an all-you-can-eat breakfast where local fire fighters serve visitors pink pancakes, sausage, coffee, and juice.  Each plate is only $5 and all proceeds from this event benefit the American Cancer Society.

 

12th ANNUAL CHERRY BLOSSOM FESTIVAL MUSTANG & FORD SHOW
Presented by the Flag City Mustang Club
Miller Lite Central City Park
from 8 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Mulberry Street in Downtown Macon from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.

If you are a pet lover, then this event is for you!  Bring your furry friend and enjoy obedience training, canine cpr and agility demonstrations.  There will also be activities for the kids including a coloring corner, face painting, and barking contests!  If you don't have a family pet, humane society groups will have on site adoption centers.
