HAY HOUSE DAILY GUIDED
TOURS
9 a.m. until 5 p.m. (last tour at 4:30) $9

children under 6 and Georgia Trust and National Trust Members are free. $7/person for groups of 20 or more (must be
pre-arranged). Visitors will enjoy
the circa 1855-59 Italian Renaissance Revival mansion owned and operated by The
Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation.
The Hay House is also offering two behind-the-scenes tours that will
take place on March 31st and April 1st from 5:30 until 7
p.m. Reservations are required for the
in-depth tour of all seven levels of the Hay House including the cupola and its
cat walk. The cost for the behind-the-scenes
tour is $20/person for guests ages 8 and up.

Miss America 1953: Neva Langley Fickling Exhibit & Gullah-Geechee
Exhibit
The museum's spring schedule includes an exhibition of
formal gowns and memorabilia belonging to Macon's
Miss America,
Neva Fickling. There will also be an
exhibition of artifacts representative of the South Carolina and Georgia Gullah-Geechee
traditions; an interactive health-science exhibit called "Head to Toe", and
delicate floral watercolors primarily by 18th and 19th
century women illustrators.

This antebellum mansion overlooks the entire city of Macon offering spectacular
views. The Ikebana Japanese Flower Arranging Exhibit is also on display
throughout the Woodruff House by members of the Middle Georgia Chapter of

OCMULGEE NATIONAL MONUMENT LANTERN LIGHT TOURS
