Queen Abigail Jones
Abigail is a member of the Wesleyan College Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity, and the Hands On Macon volunteer network. She is an encore volunteer at the SpecialOlympics Georgia Master’s bowling tournament, and an annual participant in the Susan G. Komen Miracle Mile Walk. Abigail is a Watson Brown Scholar, an R. A. Bowen Trust scholarship recipient, a Wesleyan College math and science scholarship recipient, and a Best and Brightest participant.

Princess Andrea Brown
Andrea is a member of Howard High School Choral Ensemble, DECA, the Howard High Drama Club and also a member of Future Educators of America. Her previous titles include Little Miss Macon 2000-2001.

Princess Kaicee Yates
Kaciee is a current member of the Rutland High School DECA, FBLA, of P.A.L.S, and also participates on the softball team for Lighthouse Baptist Church. Kaciee enjoys babysitting, spending time with friends and family, attending services at Lighthouse Baptist Church, and participating in school activities. Kaciee’s special honors include Miss Junior for Homecoming Court 2010 and Senior Representative for Homecoming Court 2011at Rutland High School.

Little Mr. Tyler Burnette
Tyler is four years old, and the son of Stephanie Smith and Jerome Burnett. He attends Pre- K at Northwoods Academy. Tyler’s Favorite food is pancakes and his favorite toy is his Nintendo DSi. He enjoys watching wrestling on television.

Little Miss Faith Buice
Faith is four years old, and the daughter of Mica Buice. She attends Coliseum Child’s Play. Faith’s favorite food is chocolate and mac & cheese. When she grows up she wants to be a Rockstar, Princess, Super girl.

 

Senior Queen Sheila Sheftall Barnes
Sheila selected based on nomination letters from her peers.  Sr. Queens are chosen for their ability to possess poise, personality, intelligence, charm, and be active in community affairs. Sheila was born and educated in Macon, Georgia.  She graduated from Spelman College and received further degrees from Fort Valley State University and the University of Georgia.  She retired from Bibb County Public Schools after thirty eight years of services as a classroom teacher, a social worker and director of School Social Services.  She was active in community organizations including the Cherry Blossom Festival’s parent organization - the Keep Macon-Bibb Beautiful Commission, Girl Scouts of America, tutoring in after school programs and provided services to welfare mothers.  Sheila is currently Director of Ruth Hartley Moseley Memorial Center for Women.

 


Cherry Blossom Pageants to crown the next year's court are held every November.
